RE: DD There is a company i would like to research. Lets call it xyz. I have a phone number for the IR guy. My question to you is- What are the first ten or so questions i should ask ? Other than shares authorized, shares outstanding, float, I'm pretty much at a loss. I'm thinking that there should be a fair amount of questions that could be asked of any company regardless of service or product (ie. Do you now or in the future foresee a reverse stock split ?) Any thoughts would be helpful. Thanks in advance GP
