16-Year Technology Industry Veteran Brings Broad Experience in

CAMBRIDGE, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 2, 1998--Cycle Software, developer of the LiveData family of enterprise
system integration products, today announced the appointment of Christopher Ladas to the position of President and CEO.

Ladas comes to Cycle with more than 16 years experience in the high technology industry, with special expertise in technology
management, marketing and business development. Prior to joining Cycle, he served as Vice President of Engineering at
Adaptive Networks, Inc., where he reported to the board of directors and oversaw the areas of R & D, marketing and sales,
and finance. Before that, Ladas served as International Program Manager at
Boston Technology (now Comverse), <=========================
and also
fulfilled a number of functions at Analogic Corporation, including Project Engineer and Program Manager. He holds a B.S.
degree in Engineering from Trinity College in Hartford, CT, and the M.S. degree in Engineering Management from the Gordon
Institute (Tufts University), Medford, MA.
