True, "on the order of 1,000,000ppm" is close to 100%. But the qualifier "order" leaves plenty of wriggle room. 800,000 ppm is still "on the order of 1,000,000 ppm".

I suppose the nitrogen content would have been about 10% - there was lots of atmosphere buried as carbonates making the total quantity of atmosphere a lot less.

I wonder what the air pressure was way back then, when the atmosphere was thicker.
