Mr. Erudition: I might be a dumb acting union shop steward, but I also have a diploma from an accredited land-grant university. So please don't flatter yourself too much into thinking that I'm gathering acorns from under your tree of knowledge. (I really don't believe some of the crap that is posted on this board. I really don't.) Actually, I've probably been using both of the words you mentioned longer than you've been on this earth. As to Part 1B of your missive (Is that another word you use a lot?!), I also think that is a splendid idea. Why don't you make up some words -- both whimsical and serious -- and then you and I can both monitor the board and we'll see how many people "steal" your words. Oh, that sounds like such fun! I'll tell you what. Why don't I make up the first word. That word is buttwankle. Now I'll use it in a sentence. Selectric II is a buttwankle. This is too much fun. It's like someone opened up a can of fun in this thread tonight.
