(.0265 X .028) Nliten: Are you still out there? Nearly 6 months ago I publicly apologized to you on February 9th, 2000 (copied and pasted below) because MPTV put out a press release that they had received ~$52 Million financing.

I didn't believe at the time that they had received financing because of my due diligence on the company back in January of this year.

Nevertheless, they released news that they had indeed received financing.

Now I believe that the press release (regarding financing) may have been fraudulent since nothing is happening with MPTV 6 months later.

Fortunately, I bought back into MPTV after their February news release and doubled my investment. Currently the price is back under .03.

What are your thoughts on MPTV now?

I'm curious if you still believe that they will ever break ground on the Lake Tropicana property?

Also, do you still believe that they will receive the financing to do so?
