Steven, << deals in the last week of a qtr >> I guess that's the difference with software. Last week deals don't generate income within the active qtr for either semi's or construction. Some up front design money may fold in, but not significant enough to impact current quarter earnings. Never been a CEO or even close, but I knew department numbers pretty darn close and pretty far reaching. Anyway, no need to dispute. ORCL's a long term play for me. Still like seeing good qtrs every quarter. As an employee I at least had some earnings control. With stocks it's crossed fingers. :-) Larry
