Larry -- Buyout rumors are generally hype and the downside is as dramatic as the upside. As for TM's personality, I don't know him nor even much about him. I do wish managers would take a page from John Chambers' style and learn to respect their audience no matter how inane or offensive the questions are. If every word we write is autobiography, how much so every word we speak. Just my take. Pat
