Seems a lot of folks are focusing on the lack of a stock split. And no doubt the decision not to split will add to the recent volatility. But it seems CMGI felt they needed to increase the number of authorized shares before splitting the stock. Most likely 3 for 1. Could happen at any time -- just not today.
