something to consider. many critical decisions will soon have to be made by shareholders. one of them to vote on BOD candidates. to keep the clock from becoming an enemy--we've had enough of "them enemies" lately--we might want to know ahead of time that whoever were nominated would accept the post if elected. don't know the voting rules; but if allowed, it could prevent runoffs, etc and the Board could sooner get to tacklin the business at hand. there'll be enough of it. For what's worth.
