BE AWARE THAT THEY ARE PLANNING A SPIN OFF (SPINCO) in H2 this year. Separate company which will represent their Skilled Nursing Facility investments from the past. VTR did something similar and you rode the recovery it sounds like. I'm planning ini selling the spinco and buying back more HCP if it has a decline like VTR did. I really like what is left in HCP after the spinn off. Not ast all sure what the dividend rate will be for either the spinco or HCP = uncertainty of the the HCP stock.imo Bob
