Wayne, I agree completely. KM, for the intermediate run, is tethered to the AXC stock price like a whooly mammoth. Much more than it is necessarily tethered to the business. They need KM for instant corporate credibility. And for its growth potential in a market that is much larger than any other they presently address. In the long run, I'm with Bramson.Personally not expecting much from COMDEX. Any KM contract would be a muther to negotiate. Takes time. Best of luck to all as the AXC saga unfolds. Hal
