donald: CNN doing a report on AG and Rate Cut or NOT. PRO - Needs to cut rates to stand as leader to stabilize World Economy. CON - Does not need to cut for domestic economy. A cut will feed the stock bubble. Consensus: Rates will be cut 1/4 point, but discount rate will not be cut! Regards LG
