yesterday Investor's Intelligence reported that the percentage of bulls is now the highest since at least early November. The little snippet I have doesn't go back far enough to see any further, but certainly bullishness has spiked up and bearishness has come down. The survey by Ed Hyman at the ISI Group indicates a near record level, if not a record level, of bullishness.
