But people who observe that Microsoft has been found guilty are not on some conspiratorial "bandwagon." They're just observant. That's a interesting observation. From my perspective 'they're just observant' competitors, politicians and lawyers. Whether there's a conspiracy between them, I honestly don't know. As to the rest of your post, the Appellate Court is not limited to the actions you've described as far as I'm aware of. Thunder
