Yeah, but Obama has been very active, signing a $800 billion bill and pushing for another $400 billion on top of that and announcing a planned budget deficit of about 1.75 trillion for next year - I think he'd get to $2 trillion. And you can't deny that the market has responded negatively to everything he's done.
