i hope so, but i fear instead of throwing around twice as many in the 70's we'll see half as many in the 140's (hypothetical numbers-- i don't think it will get that low or stay there very long) so i'm not sure it will make any difference. the amount of money at risk will remain the same, regardless of how it's segregated or optioned.
