You can try, but better be nimble. Fundamentals with semi-equipment stocks always look bad when they put in their best stock price performance, so don't look to that to support the short argument. My guess is that the correction is nearly over, not the least because everyone has noticed it.

I don't trade much (I'm lousy at it), but this stock is so volatile that if you pay attention only to price action (not fundamentals) you should be able to do well both short and long.
