interesting, it's almost certainly just as you said...i hope they will be sending me my commission/finder's fee <g>

i don't think individuals can short bulletin board stocks, but of course most of us couldn't tie up the capital to do trades of that size anyway, so it has to be big money doing it

the only risk to them is that the deal doesn't get done, no other deal is found, and the original capital is returned to common shareholders, at which point the warrants become worthless...as such, they must figure the deal is almost a certainty at this point
