Saukriver: You indicate that you believe that Intertrust is correct. Why? Anyone can file a lawsuit. They need not be correct or even accurate. You assume that MSFT "pirated" Intertrust's work. I don't know that they did or didn't "pirate" Intertrust's work product, however, the statement of MSFT was not made with your particular bias. Obviously MSFT has very deep pockets. That is one reason to look with some scepticism at lawsuits. TG
