I got into Bangkok after a week's time in Seattle.. f****** amazing the gridlock there.
I apologize for the curse, but long commutes are not a quality of life.

Of interest, Thailand foreign tourist currency exchange cost

In Bangkok, I used the airport's currency exchange, dollars to bahts.

The cost of conversion:
US$ 7.5%
Euro 11.147%
RMB 12.25%
YEN 15.7%
GBP 11.9%
CAN 7.95%
AUS 10%
SGD 8.96%

seems as if 'other' currencies, the conversion rates are prohibitive expensive.

I have yet to use the ATM here.
