Zeev, re: Jim, the problem I have with his number is inclusion of $15 MM in revenues from SDRAM and DDR from the contracts signed. These revenues are recognized a quarter later (when paid), the Dramurai pay quarterly, probably within 30 days of closing their own quarter,

Each contract that was signed, had royalties retroactive to April 1, 2000...therefore they would be reporting 1 quarter out. Yes?

But, I believe that the taxes are higher (somewhere around 42%), if memory serves.
