What a pile of old wank. Your one sided news source has consistently missed the mark on this deal and this poorly written article proves it. Who ever wrote this does not even understand the complexities of the PERFORMANCE related warrants. Just another glass is half empty, typically cynical perspective just like yours.

PS. What about the doomsday Rambus scenario you predicted upon earnings restatement? As if you could possibly compare the two companies anyway.
