Re: Market share Yes, Windows ME is the overwhelmingly dominant OEM Windows version at this point. Don't worry, as Linux grows in popularity its own strains of viruses are growing along with it. As to why there are more Windows viruses than for any other platform I defer to Willie Sutton the famous bank robber who when asked why he robbed banks simply replied "because that's where the money is."
