Jim, thanks for the site. I really want to try the Fiesta Moose Turd Balls but... fishersnet.com I'm in Georgia and can't get Moose meat... You think it would work if I make... Fiesta White-Tail Deer Turd Balls ??? I also want to try the "Eskimo Smoked Salmon" but... they don't give complete instructions... In Georgia everything is "hickory smoked" ... and it's hard to keep lit...so how the hell do you keep Eskimo lit???LOLOL Bob
