Bob, The new August SIA data was added to these 3 charts... home.attbi.com notice how the ratio drop looks similar to 1999 home.attbi.com home.attbi.com SIA says "chip sales in August were up 14% from August of 2001, the first double-digit increase from the industry's cyclical low in 2001."
