That's what I find interesting. There is this big disconnect between the way the company measures its "user value" (MAUs) and the way corporate and individual users are actually using the product, which is as a B2c PRN broadcast tool. For ex during the Delta outage in Atlanta DAL relied on it for customer support. In cases of this kind it suddenly becomes essential. It's far less worthless that many of legacy Yahoo's offerings IMO.
