Pat, I only wish things were as simple as you describe. However, we all need a good laugh at times like this. The markets will stabilize, Japan will offer a plan that the markets like, the yen will return to 118 to the dollar, and the sun will rise again.
Dell will do fine. (Hope, Hope, Hope) They will beat the 46 cents estimate by 5 cents, split 2:1, and offer outstanding forward looking statements. CPQ will announce that they are going into chapter 11, and IBM will offer 500/share for Dell. Then, and only then, will the market kill the stock. You see, the above is only a dream. <ggg>
