Here's a tool for monitoring your download rates (It works great!):

Here's a place to get a quick test of your line speed (seems to be pretty accurate, but you should use it a lot before you draw serious conclusions):

computingcentral.com

It's hard to say how much data in Kbits/sec you are drawing from your three sources but they are probably overloading your bandwidth when you are getting the lag. Should be pretty easy to check with NetMedic.
