Today,

Today, a terrible day to remember, but a remarkable day, a chance, another chance to kick an addiction.. The addiction of war and violence to solve a problem... Like an addict to cigs, alcohol, etc.. Because it seems to me;

We need another drag on violence, another drink of war, every generation.. Look it up.. Starting from the Civil War.. Like an addict that needs a cigarette I guess, every hour or so, (Hell I don't know, I never smoked the legal kind), a drink every night..

Oh, we sneak into the closet once in awhile in between, Greneda, Bosnia, etc. Sneak a drink.. But that's not enough.. We really have to "fall off the wagon", Get "knee-walking drunk", Wake up with a terrible hangover, And say, "That was the one to end all.... And then like a real hangover it lasts for awhile.. We learn, but we don't remember....

That's way it seems to me, because I didn't hear or see anything today that suggests we would "stay on the wagon" for a long time.

I hope I am wrong..

We will see..
