PLAINVIEW, N.Y., Dec. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- First Priority Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: FPGP - news) today announced the signing of an agreement underwhich the fast-growing Driver's Shield© program of automotive discounts and services will be marketed by the prestigious, Auto Club of America.

``This agreement will further expand our program's rapidly growing membership base,' said B. J. Spiegel a senior executive of Driver's Shield, Inc. ``We're pleased to be partnering with one of the nation's best auto clubs in extending Driver's Shield's© benefits to a wider national audience.'

Joseph Belz, Vice President of Auto Club of America, commented that the addition of Driver's Shield© services would greatly enhance ACA's offerings to its members. ``It's an excellent array of services that, we think our members will especially like, with such features as the Auto Service Hotline and a lifetime warranty on collision repairs,' he said. Under the two-year agreement, Auto Club of America can offer any and all Driver's Shield© benefits as part of its own program.

Many membership organizations already offer the full spectrum of Driver's Shield© services as a benefit to their members. A number of financial institutions, including Providian Bank and the Assurant Group, are also aggressively marketing Driver's Shield© services to their customers. Spiegel said program sales have grown more than 100% in the past 6 months and expects continued explosive growth.

The Drivers Shield© program is provided by Driver's Shield, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of driversshield.com Corp., which is a wholly owned subsidiary of FPG. In the next several weeks, once the driversshield.com Internet based auto collision repair claims management service is fully operational, insured drivers, whose collision repairs are processed utilizing the driversshield.com web site, will receive a free one year membership in the Driver's Shield© automotive discount and services program, including a lifetime warranty on auto body repairs. Auto Club of America's members will also have access to the driversshield.com collision repair process.

Auto Club of America is a 23 year-old organization, headquartered in Oklahoma City. Its customers include Liberty Life Insurance, the Bank of Hawaii, Autoworld.com and Warrantygold.com, among others. It provides auto buying, leasing, roadside assistance and a wide range of other automobile- related services.

In addition to its Drivers Shield© affinity program and driversshield.com, First Priority Group, through its wholly owned subsidiary National Fleet Service, Inc., provides comprehensive auto claims management services for self-insured corporate and municipal vehicle fleets.
