John Vosilla, re:" .. those of us who have been in the industry for 20 years".. hmm .. a real PRO we're talking here. I can understand her position and agree with her saying: a soft landing ... drip .. drip .. 20 years. The problem is: at this price level, only HUGE INFLATION (bigger bubble) can make it worthwhile to be stucked with a high-rish life-time loan. It just get to the point of no return (of investment), if only the flipper/fillthy rich are the only player left. 'Normal income' can't justify the lofty price, just can't make it. It's that simple, period, sorry.
