Powers, as a value investor who bet big and early on Q, is simply doing what any rational investor does once the value he saw has been achieved, namely, take profits and look for other value plays.

I didn't want to imply that PCM has completely sold off its position. According to the latest filings, PCM still owns 2,484,000 shares, close to $100,000,000 worth. A lot less than previously but still a very significant position. A lot more than I own.
