Let me see.

Rangel, previously chairman of the HOUSE WAYS & MEANS COMMITTEE (i.e., the tax-writing committee) is apparently engaged in multiple counts of tax fraud and other crimes, punishable by sentences in prison.

And Ensign did what Bill Clinton did, which was to engage in sex with someone who works for him.

But, somehow, Ensign is in "worse shape"?
