You don't see any problem with including these two potentially large structures with a tiered agreement? How common are such agreements? I know you've discussed this in past posts, but it would seem that a large oil company upon seeing decent data--and I don't know if the seismic will be of any particular quality--could use such an agreement as both a hedge against losing major cash while at the same time getting a stake in a promising area.

I don't see a problem with such a scenerio...interesting that the latest news was specific to Chikuduk and Begesh (Begash). Again, as a shareholder looking long term and not for the quick dollar, I don't want to see these areas handed over for a song just to raise cash.

If a tiered agreement is made, would you expect the partner to completely manage the exploratory aspects with aipn much the spectator?
