Mohan, Serious question, if you are so prescient in predicting prices and valuations, then why don't you just buy it now and sell it to the "next fool" when you deem it to be at the end of its run? Or better yet, why don't you short it now and keep shorting more if it happens to go up? MileHigh PS- I am not being a smart a!@, just wondering if you put your money where your mouth is. After all, like Wayne Gretzky said, "You miss all the shots you never take"
