Please bring AOL stuff over any time. Many of us have no access to AOL, so it is only through the cut and paste efforts of others that we can see what they are saying. Not much news from the last group. Company knowledge is better here, gang.

Lockheed has used much IDX equipment. Several projects, in fact. Lockheed should not be considered a competitor. Nor should Computer Associates, HP, Verifone or IBM. They are all "imput equipment neutral".

Marvin....The other INS deal was leaked from VideoLabs. I have posted the link several times. They announced that they were selling thousands of small cameras to the INS for inclusion in a workstation configuration that included the IDX TouchLock product. VideoLabs was talking five to ten workstations in each INS location.

Here is all I can find now....as the original news release link has been deleated from the net.....But the story is still on SI and at the VideoLabs site. Here they are.....

I made some phone calls to see if I could get confirmation of the IDX role......I seem to remember "no comment" was the response. I also came to believe that VideoLabs had "jumped the gun" with their press release. I also believe that the systems integrator on the project, Hughes, had nothing to say.

All in all......I think the cat got shoved back into the bag. Maybe it will claw it's way back out. If it does......then you got it here first.
