Bush should publicly appoint Kerry to a VERY visible anti-terrorist position. Like overseeing all the ports to be sure that every one of the ports and all of the containers are safe.

Then we would see just how he would handle such a job. And that's just ONE of MANY that the Bush team is trying to handle.
