Wow, there you go! Thanks! So I guess this is a thing now. I have a very large 1099 so I don't import it - I just send them the totals (including wash sale amounts). Well it wasn't too much of a big deal except I had to figure out how to send a pic and convert it to a pdf file which I know how to do now! Yay! lol

I always thought that the irs got all this info from the brokers. If they do why do they need a summary statement? Unless they are only providing the irs with proceeds and costs.
