True, mine do. But even for those that allow it, I suspect you'll find a best-effort clause in the fine print. Won't protect against a big gap, and might not even protect you if it just starts moving fast on volume. Your broker will basically make an effort to get the order in and that's about it. That might be enough. But people considering stops should recall the allegations that some MMs appear to have a nasty habit of quickly running down the price to take out the stops, if the volume allows, and then letting the price rebound.
