Ah, yes, Emsworth....

Although, to be fair, I actually have eaten saddle of mutton and, amazingly, in the right hands, it was a very fine dinner! Perhaps I was merely lucky, although I am tempted to try my hand at it myself if I can find anyone sufficiently adventuresome to share the result. If it doesn't turn out well, we can write it off as a good experiment.
