Just the announcement of a Appeals decision being delivered soon may be enough to spark a massive rally in MSFT, the Nasdaq, and the Dow. Just waiting for some hint that a decision is near. That should be a big spark for the market. The actual decision (assuming it is a slam dunk for MSFT) would take the gains further. Just can't wait for some information on the Appeals Court decision. It is going to be really something.
