UPDATE: PURCHASES TRUMP HOTELS & CASINO RESORTS INC. (DJT): Two Trump Hotels & Casinos Resorts Inc. insiders purchased a total of 274,000 common shares in April. Company chairman Donald Trump acquired 250,000 common shares between April 8 and April 13 at prices ranging from approximately $3.75 to $4.48 per share. At the end of the month, Trump directly owned 250,100 Trump Hotels & Casinos shares. Nicholas Ribis, the company's president and chief executive officer, bought 24,000 common shares between April 9 and April 21 at prices ranging from approximately $3.94 to $4.43 per share. At the end of the month, Ribis directly owned 167,333 company shares.
