The timeline is disturbing. Allegedly, he shot his girlfriend at 7:10 then went back to his dorm room for a while, re-armed, and then at 9:00-9:15 walked down to the engineering building with his guns, ammo, chains and locks. Shouldn't cops have located him before he left for Norris?
