Great luncheon reading. You can be sure that if the government has steeped in, then it will not just back out without saving face and that process will take a lot of time, if it ever comes to pass. Further, courts are almost always prepared to believe the state's position over the company's. Hunker down, if you're long, as the end will be a long way off (even assuming Mo is able to keep himself out of jail and convince a judge he is correct.)
