LONE WOLF ENERGY INC - ChurchLink.com Begins Beta Tests

New York, New York, Aug. 01, 2000 (Market News Publishing via COMTEX) -- Lone
Wolf Energy Inc. announced that the development of its wholly owned subsidiary,
ChurchLink.com, is on schedule with operational tests beginning.

ChurchLink.com will provide a continually up-dated online pictorial directory,
and proprietary services like: ChurchFinder, PrayerLink, and SermonsOnline.
"ChurchLink.com's vision is to provide abundant resources connecting the church
with the world of possibilities," says Dr. Bobby Boyles, ChurchLink.com's
president.

"Dr. Boyles's team has impressive credentials in Web site development, custom
software design, cause-related marketing, Internet advertising sales, and
content development," reports Marc W. Newman, Lone Wolf's president. "A preview
of the churchlink.com Web site is online and its staff is
implementing the testing." An informative brochure, a graphically powerful
computerized presentation and an inspiring video have also been produced.

The past month, Dr. Boyles began presenting the ChurchLink.com opportunity to
pastors, and business leaders in selected cities. Eventually the presentation
will be made to large numbers of church leaders and denominational executives
nationwide. "The response has been unconditionally positive, with attendees
expressing a strong interest in their churches becoming ChurchLink.com
subscribers. In addition, national advertisers are showing serious interest in
adding the family-oriented site to their Internet advertising schedules,"
reports Mr. Newman.

Mr. Newman noted that ChurchLink.com is collocating its Web facility to the
Zenex Communications Technology Center. Zenex is also a LWEI business unit.

The roll out for ChurchLink.com is (targeted for) October 1, 2000. By then the
results of the beta tests will be read and a sophisticated infrastructure will
be in place to support the rapid deployment nationwide.
