..." Oracle-UVEW deal on CNBC ! Expect signifigant increase...

In mid January UVEW began
talks with ASND and Yahoo in
hopes of establishing a partnership for internet and software
marketing related services.Today we saw the
beginning of what CNBC calls" the future of home entertainment and
the internet" UVEW has now partnered with Oracle,Bell
Atlantic,Intel,and The Trump Media Corp..."

while this outlandish post bothered me when it initially appeared,
it was not until its internet- wide appearance on various BB became
so noxious that i felt compelled to call you on it.

there is no UVEW/Oracle deal, let alone one on cnbc...
and there NEVER WAS any such deal.
beyond that erroneous piece of hype,
i am asking that you substantiate the above-cited claims, with specifically
cited sources for each of your claims.

to the best of my knowledge,
UVEW is partners with none of the above.
their website, in fact, lists only LU and MOT:
and in these cases, they are at best an OEM.
and in neither case to date, has anything been produced
under the purview of any development agreement that does exist.

uniview.net

...."UniView
technologies is developing set-top box that will provide Internet access
and video-on-demand for FreeLinQ Communications private virtual
network. FreeLinQ uses DSL technology to transmit digital video
through copper telephone wires into multiple dwelling units. It projects
that it will have more than 500,000 subscribers to its service by
2001. Set-top box will work with TVs or PCs, UniView said. Service will
provide Internet access at speed of 1.5 Mbps..."

Trump Towers is the first location that UVEW boxes [still being
developed]are planned for use in connection with their agreement
with FreeLinq. Trump Media has an investment in FreeLinq.

THAT'S IT

any material information you have to document alleged "talks"
or "partnerships" would be most appreciated, but i trust none exists.

therefore,
cease and desist
posting misleading information:
as you know, the SEC frowns upon it.
