Todd, According to the link previously provided, current assets vs. liabilities has never been this out of whack, at least on an annual basis, all the way back to 1992. Maybe the Worldcom deal, even after the $175Mil cash payment, impacts the balance sheet more negatively than assumed? What I can't understand is the timing of the offering. The stock is in much too sensitive a technical area for this kind of announcement.
