OK, let me get this right. This management Wiz takes the CEO,COO and Director positions for two companys(That's 6 jobs.) For all this time and energy, doing these 6 jobs, he gets a salary of $116,000 yr, 10% & 20% of the 2 companys net pre tax profit(what profit are they talking about?) and 235,000 shares of Bany worth about $27,000 now and is entitled to medical and dental insurance (what's the deductible on those bad boys and what kind of doctors are in his network. Real ones or interns ready to graduate?)The best is he gets other benefits as recieved by the other executive officers (what, he's going to do, share jail time?) Is this a freshman in community college who took a management I coures. Maybe I should call my head hunter and yell at him for missing this great opportunity. geeeeez Do these guys think we are all stupid or what? What a set of cahunes.
