My modified GN for SENEA is $42.28/share. Will have to look at BV assets as those may need to be adjusted for intangible assets and/or goodwill. I also want to look at the quality of earnings and losses (were they one time or reoccurring?).

I like the sector but need to study to see if margins can be increased since the food industry generally works on very low margins. I also would want to look at commodity exposure as what impact any increase in commodity prices might have and if they have pricing power to raise prices.

Will put on my value watch list an Ag watch list.
