Todd, Assuming the convert rumor turns out to be true, I doubt they will use the proceeds of a long-term debt offering for working capital. I have no evidence for this idea, but maybe they need some cash to go along with some stock to buy something, say, a cable company, or a bunch of smaller ISPs. Or maybe they just need to finance all the network expansion they've done recently. Just trying to grope for an explanation. Best, Steve
